Dynamic Energy Consumption

Transfers to new wallets without USDT require 131,000 Energy instead of 65,000.

Bandwidth Requirements

Each transfer consumes ~345 Bandwidth in addition to Energy.

Lease Expiration Windows

Unused energy automatically reclaims upon the expiration of the chosen 15m or 1h duration.

CEX Direct Withdrawals

Withdrawing directly from CEX hot wallets delivers energy to the exchange, not your wallet.

1. No Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice

The software tools, calculators, and materials published on ToFee operate strictly as technical infrastructure utilities for TRON network fee reduction. Nothing contained herein constitutes investment advice, endorsement, or financial promotion.

2. Dynamic Smart Contract Energy & OUT_OF_ENERGY Errors

TRC-20 USDT transfer energy demands depend on recipient account states: existing USDT holders consume 65,000 Energy, whereas zero-balance new addresses require 131,000 Energy. Insufficient energy triggers fallback TRX burning or OUT_OF_ENERGY contract reversion on TRON.

3. TRON Bandwidth Consumption Disclosures

Each TRC-20 broadcast consumes ~345 Bandwidth in addition to Energy. TRON provides 600 daily free bandwidth points per active wallet. If free bandwidth is exhausted, ~0.345 TRX is burned per transfer unless additional bandwidth is leased.

4. Delegation Expiration Windows & User Broadcast Duties

Leased energy is strictly bounded by the selected active window (15m or 1h). Unused resources automatically reclaim upon window completion via TRON's native Stake 2.0 contract.

5. Absolute Disclaimer on Direct CEX Withdrawals

ToFee autonomously delegates energy to the on-chain origin address of incoming TRX deposits. Because centralized exchanges broadcast withdrawals from collective custodial hot wallets, deposits sent directly from exchanges will deliver energy to the exchange's pool wallet, which is permanently non-recoverable.

6. Regulatory Compliance & Jurisdictional Responsibility

Users are exclusively responsible for verifying and complying with all relevant local, national, and international legal, regulatory, and taxation requirements applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
